Localization through Campus Recruitment
From Aug. 13 to 14, the company’s East Africa branch participated in the campus recruitment activity held for college graduates in Nairobi, Kenya, which was joined by nearly a hundred enterprises.
Recently, the branch company has issued 700 copies of questionnaire to students from 12 colleges in Nairobi and neighbouring areas, and acquainted with the expectations and requirements of the students to a large extent. During the campus recruitment, 169 CVs were received, covering civil engineering, survey, HR, administration, etc. Furthermore, as one of the four invited Chinese companies,it made full use of the opportunity to exhibit the corporate image of STECOL.
The branch company will recommend the talents to its project teams, and continue to explore the mechanism for hiring local employees, and push ahead localization in a strong way.
