This invention innovatively addresses the problem of easily damaged grouting pipes during the construction process of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles in deep soft soil layers. The device mainly consists of support seat, transfer platform, support tube, protective component, grouting component, clamping component, and locking component. Its core lies in the design of a complete protective system, which combines the protective tube in the protective component with the sliding plug in the grouting component to form a protective sealed pipeline, effectively reducing the direct contact area between the grouting tube and the soil layer.

This protective system not only reduces the friction loss of the grouting pipe during the drilling process, but also supports and maintains the drilled hole during the grouting process, greatly improving construction efficiency and equipment life.
