Recently, at the annual release meeting of outstanding QC group achievements hosted by China Water Engineering Association (CWEA), the QC achievement titled "Reducing Cement Loss Rate of High-Pressure Jet Grouting Pile Foundation" submitted by the company’s project team for the Qingdianwa Flood Detention and Storage Section 2 Works won a CWEA Class I Award for 2025.

This research addresses the critical issue of cement loss in high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation construction. The research team implemented targeted solutions including optimized construction parameters, standardized operational procedures, and enhanced material control measures. These efforts successfully reduced cement consumption rates, improving both construction quality and material cost efficiency. The findings provide replicable and scalable practical experience for similar hydraulic engineering projects.

Since the start of the project, the QC team has regularly conducted technical seminars and skills training, actively adopting advanced quality management methods to encourage proactive participation in quality improvement initiatives. To consolidate QC outcomes, the team systematically reviewed effective measures from the breakthrough process, optimized construction plans, and established standardized operational guidelines. Through targeted technical briefings and dynamic process monitoring, they ensured all quality control measures were effectively implemented, fundamentally enhancing the stability and cost-effectiveness of high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation construction.
