Recently, the Beijing Daxing Works of the company has been selected for the 2025 Beijing Municipal Construction (Great Wall) Structure Quality Project Catalog. The award, formerly known as the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup Gold Award, represents the highest provincial-level engineering quality honor in Beijing. This award is of great significance, especially because this is the first time the company has entered the Beijing housing construction market.

From the commencement of the works, the project team has set high goals. Although contracted to create a silver award project, the project staff have aimed higher, and developed quality management plans according to the gold award requirements. The have implemented early-stage planning, organized expert training sessions on construction details and documentation standards to ensure all personnel accurately grasp gold-standard acceptance criteria, thereby eliminating quality risks at source; established a "documentation-construction synchronization" mechanism with dedicated personnel tracking process inspections and test reports, ensuring complete post-completion documentation traceability; implemented 100% "model-led" execution for critical processes like concrete pouring and steel structure installation, etc.

During construction, the project team has maintained "millimeter-level precision" quality control. The quality inspection group conducts daily thorough checks on details like rebar binding and formwork assembly to ensure "zero defects" in structural integrity, and an intelligent monitoring system has been introduced to collect real-time data and simulate conditions through BIM models, enabling "preventive quality risk management".

This award, won as the result of the project team's "self-imposed pressure and deep cultivation of quality", has set a benchmark for the company in Beijing's housing construction market, and accumulated the quality management experience of "pre-planning, in-depth study, and fine control".
