Recently, the invention patent "Cement Mixing Pile Drilling Bit Assembly for Deep Soft Soil Layers" developed by the company has been granted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

As a conventional method for reinforcing saturated soft clay foundations, cement mixing piles are widely used in various engineering projects. However, traditional drilling bits face challenges in deep soft soil layers, including uneven mixing and low efficiency.

The drilling bit assembly consists of an outer tube and inner tube, with the outer tube rotating around the inner tube's surface. The bottom end of the inner tube features spray holes and is equipped with a drill assembly, multiple mixing units, and angle adjustment components. Notably, the angle adjustment component plays a crucial role—it not only allows flexible adjustment of mixing blade angles according to soil conditions to optimize mixing effectiveness, but also enables synchronized angle adjustments for multiple mixing blades. This significantly enhances construction efficiency and substantially improves the quality of cement mixing pile construction in deep soft soil layers.
